Chinese Massage

Our Chinese massage is a mix of Tui-na and oil massage. The practitioner will use her forearm and elbow to dig deeper into the tight muscles around your shoulders and back. If you like a stronger massage you may want to give this a try.

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese treatment which helps to improve circulation, healing, and inflammation by stimulating blood flow. The practice involves applying repeated strokes of pressure upon the skin and gently “scraping” with a smooth-edged instrument along the muscle or acupuncture meridians.
The benefits, just to name a few, can help reduce the symptoms of migraines, neck pain, liver inflammation, bronchitis, flu, fibromyalgia, and muscle spasms.

30 min Gua sha ONLY (include foot bath): $40.00
60 min Gua sha and Chinese massage: $80.00

Cupping is another form of traditional Chinese medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. Rather than applying pressure like most massages, cupping uses the pressure from suction to pull the skin, tissues, and muscles upward. It is done by placing glass jars on the skin and suctioning the air out to create a vacuum. This practice has stood the test of time due to its benefits of pain relief, while also removing toxins from the body.
