Spa Etiquette

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to give yourself the necessary time to complete our treatment questionnaire and to enjoy some tea at our tea bar. Arrival 10 minutes prior to future appointments is suggested. To avoid disappointment, please be on time. If you are late, it may result in a shortened appointment or loss of appointment privileges in the future.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, is very important to us. Please let us know upon arrival if you have any skin or health conditions that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service to anyone who, in our professional opinion, poses a risk to the health and well-being of our spa.

Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by lowering your voice and turning off your cell phone. Please also refrain from wearing strong scents as other guests may have fragrance sensitivities.

Feel free to wear whatever you like. We have comfortable clothes and slippers for you to change into, as well as storage for any of your belongings. However, if you would prefer not to change for a Thai massage or reflexology session, please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. During essential oil massage treatments, your body will be professionally draped at all times so it’s up to you whether you disrobe completely or leave your undergarments on.  We also have everything you need for post-treatment showers if necessary.

Tips for our therapists are always accepted and appreciated, at your discretion. Industry standard is generally 15% and cash is preferred.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
